What is CBT?

CBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy treatment that is effective for anxiety and depression. CBT focuses on identifying and shifting thoughts and beliefs related to difficult emotions and behaviours.


What to expect?

In this group, we will work through topics, such as identifying and understanding automatic thoughts and thinking traps, managing worries, engaging in actions to improve your mood and overall wellbeing.


When: Wednesdays 3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
